Nice and helpful staff, good location, clean room...
Only cold water in the morning when more visitors arrived which I understand because they had a boiler, but it was unpleasant
I like the location of the hotel quite near Termini station and the Colosseum. The place specially the bathroom is nicely decorated. Looks expensive.
well, I think the lady in the breakfast room is treating Asians differently from the white people. I asked for double latte she attempted to add water on my Espresso!
We booked at saturnia at the last minute and walked straight to the hotel after booking. We were met by a very nice gentleman who gave us the keys to our room- which was easily the best we've had for the price. It had a big comfy bed, tv, and a big bathroom with a bath and shower. It was really nice. Breakfast was free and delicious as well!
Saturnia is located ideally. 10 minutes walk from Termini station and it is easy to access any of the major tourist attractions from the hotel. The wifi was free and available all over the hotel. Overall a reasonably pleasant experience.
The hotel didn't have air-con though which is annoying especially when it is extremely hot. Also I think my bed may have had bed bugs...
We were first given a tiny room that was nothing like the advertised rooms on the website. We were giving a different room which was much better but there was a torrential rainstorm and the door to the terrace leaked and the whole floor was covered in water. Our belongings got completely wet. The hotel staff was initially very unhelpful and actually said to us, "this is a cheap hotel" so we were just supposed to accept that as reason enough and their offer of getting our clothes laundered. In the end the hotel did offer to pay for us to take a cab to the airport, but didn't take off anything from the price of the room.
It was cosy, small and quiet. Lovely staff and somebody of that staff was making cappucinos etc. at breakfast.
The staff was very friendly,
The bed was very hard, could have been a bit softer and the pillows were quite flat.
good location and friendly staff, good value for money
dining room very small for breakfast, small bathroom, tiny shower
The location is excellent, just 5min walk from train station. Also, The front desk staff is really nice and helpful. I really appreciated it (thank you!!) . Simple breakfast was served in a warm and lovely room. Really joyed the stay at Saturnia.
The breakfast was better than expected. Very helpful and nice stuff, great location.
From 250 TV chanels, none was English :D
Friendly staff. Reasonable facilities. Very cheap. You get what you pay for..
Not wery clean, and very cold in the room.
The rooms are tiny, and I mean tiny, with the bathroom even smaller. Sitting on the loo you have your knees in the shower. While the location is good I felt the value was poor at E140/night. There is no lift so you have to drag your suitcases up the stairs. Also no parking although that is common in Rome.
The staff were all lovely. Our room was basic but spacious and very clean. Crisp white sheets and large bath. Breakfast was great and the location could not be beat. Excellent choice for the value.
Excellent friendly helpful staff. Excellent location near to Trevi Fountain, Colleseum and transport throughout Rome. Close to some very nice restaurants. The towels that were supplied were lovely and soft. The airconditioner worked well.
The room we were given was actually situated next door to the Hotel, not within the hotel itself. On the night we booked in we were told that our room on the 4th floor had not been vacated but we could have it the next day. Upon enquiring the next day we were told that the room had already been booked out. The room we stayed in was in desperate need of an upgrade. The shower door was broken and the shower was mouldy. The airconditioning outlet dripped into the shower!! The room had a door and an outer gate to the street with no alternate exit route in the event of a fire. No tea or coffee making facilities.
I liked friendly staff. very very good location. no money spend on taxi or etc.
u get what u pay for.
